tree6z (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides property maintenance services in and around Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us when you get in touch — usually:

• your phone number and/or email address
• your service address or neighbourhood
• details about the work you’d like done

You don’t need to create an account, and we never ask for payment-card numbers through this website. When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical details (such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running.

The instant-quote tool

Our instant-estimate tool runs entirely in your web browser. The price is calculated on your own device — nothing is sent to us while you use it. If you tap “Text my quote,” your phone’s own messaging app opens with a pre-filled message; we only receive it if you choose to press send. The optional name and neighbourhood fields are used only to fill in that message for you.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• prepare your estimate and answer your questions;
• schedule and carry out the work you’ve requested;
• send invoices and follow up about your service.

That’s it. We don’t send you marketing you didn’t ask for.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our website host and our phone/text provider), strictly as needed to do their job — or where we’re required to by law.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and we don’t track you across other sites. Note that we load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts, and some images are delivered by third-party image hosts.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we securely dispose of them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. That said, no website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Prices shown on this site and produced by the instant-quote tool are ballpark estimates only. They are not a binding quote or a contract. Your final price is confirmed in person and may differ depending on the size, condition and accessibility of the property and the work involved.

We work on a per-request basis. There are no ongoing service contracts unless we agree to one in writing.

Scheduling & availability

Availability depends on weather, season, scheduling and your location. We’ll always give you a realistic timeframe when you book.

Insurance & liability

tree6z is insured and we take care on every job. To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is,” and we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Payment

Invoices are sent by email and are payable by e-Transfer or cash unless otherwise arranged.

Governing law

This website and our services are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply there.
